- Cassandra Leigh (1739-1827) is the well-known mother of the author Jane Austin.
- Cassandra Leigh was the stage name the fine Canadian country and female alternative music singer Cassandra Vasik for a brief time in the 1980s.  Her real name is actually Sandra Vasicek.
- And there is a contemporary American painter with the same name.

Some of Lisa's older movies have later been released with her real name - meaning the same movie can be listed with different cast names.
